About us and Our Mission and history.
Some years ago, back in the 70's, some guys called the Elyria Cruisers in turn now became N.O.C.C.A. after the last member passed away. And Dave Adams was one of the youngest members and last serving member.
Well EC guy’s started hanging out and talk cars with their buddies.
This is way before Mickey D's was built. They used to park in a dirt lot across pizza hut and walk across East Broad St food.
Well, after time, Mickey D's got the lot and opened and more and more cars showed up to eat and hang out. Then a land man came in and built Kroger and right where port authority is now was a store called Clarkens.
Well this event came and went and came back as we call the changing of the guard. We take pride in knowing this history from Don Bob with a club who came out to Elyria to visit the EC guys.!
So now we all take pride in knowing we're the oldest car cruise in Lorain County and from the State of Ohio the Oldest in the state and have been on many HOT RODDING TV events placing Elyria on the map for the go to place for child safe and friendly hangout.
Took us over 5 years to get the old bad guys/gals out of this area to make it possible for what it is today. Working with police, EMS and Fire is what it takes to keep our city safe and fun for all who live here and visits.
We been flipping burgers and rolling hot dogs for the very hungry Cruisers for the past 16 years now! All Money made from this cruise helps others in need, I guess we should tell you about this as well. You see, we are not PAID for our DJing services ever since we started.
We provide services not for a living. We use it to help others in need and always given as (ANONYMOUS) for it’s not all us, but all of us and the visitors supporting this cruise and donate to: FOP lodge #30, Lorain County food banks, Flying Horse Farms, Burn units for children, Battered Woman Shelters, Etc.
If you want Dance music and County, you don't want to come to our events. We provide 50's and 60's and old Rockabilly and Surfer toons as well as Hot Rod Music Only! After all, it's a CAR CRUISE! Not a beach party.

We kick off with two shows. One on Friday 29th. at 5 pm and special 2nd. show at 5 pm on the 30th.
Our last show is Oct 30th. 2026 for our annual Trunk or Treat event.
We are the oldest Cruise in Lorain County, Northeastern Ohio.
We been at this since 1971, YES that's 55 years we're celebrating old and new cars.

Bring with you and just simply place in front of your ride and see if you can make a few bucks while you enjoy our cruise.
There is no charge for non-table sales of your old or new parts.
You will be charged $5.00/five dollars for each table and you will need to call us for special arrangements and parking location.
Sales of cars if you drive it in and sign it clearly posted of all info about you and your vehicle that includes phone number or Email address. Non-Running cars are welcome as well, they must remain on trailer and NOT unloaded and truck & trailer must be parked off the side. The main parking is reserved for the cruisers and their weekly spot with friends so PLEASE BE KIND! They come to not only support us but it's their day off and want to relax like you.

We always support our community and our children's academics. So, if you have kids, you're trying to sell candy bars for their school events or trips, or simply you are looking to sell some of your baking good's. As for paws we support our other kids at home and if you're looking for support you can set up a table for free, you supply us with all information of your organization that you are representing that includes complete contact info. For pet sales and or adoptions you must provide the same info and have all on lash's and or a portable kennel for our safety and our visitors. So please call us and you can set up a table to set up your space and time and dates you will be at our event. And if you are just here and enjoying the old and new cars with your pet, please come to us and keep one free water and for puppies and full-size dogs we keep on the truck milk bones and sometimes pig ears when they are donated to us to give to you.

You as well are invited to come and park. You got left over stock you want to sell from your long day. Well from 5 pm to 8 pm you can sell what's left or you can come and make this weekly evening event part of your shift. The things you cannot sell due to these are what we sell to keep this event going from year to year at no cost to our visitors or public. No hotdogs, hamburger's, brat's, pulled pork sandwiches. So, if you like to sell anything else that our public will enjoy, please join us, just Email us your menu for approval to be able to park up close to our event. Note: We keep our prices low for the working men & women who keep our state working. If you as a food truck like to help us keep this going, we do accept donations.
NO SHOW OF POWER IN PARKING AND EVENT AREA PLEASE!

We support EMT's, Police & Fire from all communities and surrounding areas, on/off/ret of duty no problem, you will receive a hotdog and water FREE of charge from us to give thanks for your service. So, if you're even doing a drop off at SP217 swing on by and enjoy your drive back to your zone even. HEY VET's We support you to, one free water after you show us your DD214 card. one per event. And thank you for your service.
We do not support any politics or political solicitation, we are car people, not politicians.
Sadly I know at this age I have to post this. The police will be called if you start a fight or come to start trouble.

Our 2026 Cruise In Steak Fry Tickets will be for sale very soon, so watch for announcements. $30.00 ea.
Only 75 tickets will be sold this year. Non-Alcohol event, no raw meat will be served.
It's a Porterhouse, Salad/Dressing, Bread, Butter and One non alcoholic drink.
